At Taylored Marketing LLC, it is our passion & commitment to offer top-quality marketing services to our clients & partners.

As part of this commitment, we ask that all clients understand and agree to the following terms & policies.

Payment Policy

Retainer Clients

Please be advised that for all retainer clients, past-due invoices of 15 days will result in a PAUSE in services. Any invoices past-due 30 days will result in a cancellation of services and require a new contract with updated pricing structure at the current year’s rate.

All recurring client’s will be eligible for auto-pay, to be set up with our invoices systems. Please contact us directly if you have any questions or concerns.

Project-Based Clients

Please refer to your specific project-based contract for payment plans and details.

Typical payment includes: All Services under $1,000 due in full prior to project start date.
All Services $1,000+ - 50% deposit due at contract signing. Remainder due prior to completion.

Meeting & Consultation Policy

New Client Discovery Calls

All new/prospective clients will be eligible for one complementary 30-minute discovery call to determine a partnership fit. Any subsequent meetings will be billed as a consultation at our current rate with a minimum of 1 billable hour. Payment is due in full before the meeting date/time.

Consultation Meetings/Calls

Current monthly-recurring clients may schedule a meeting or call with Taylored Marketing LLC based on availability.

Should you be unable to make your scheduled call, please notify us up to 30-minutes before the start time of the meeting to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so will require future meetings to be held with a non-refundable 1 hour consultation fee.

Project-based clients may schedule meetings/calls at any time at your reduced management or consultation hourly rate.
